After thinking it over many times, I still decided to post today’s two chapters. Let me explain: this is absolutely not filler. I believe this part, which clears away hidden dangers, is indispensable.

After all, he does have the protection of the protagonist’s halo.

So from the very beginning I deliberately toned down his aura. For example, when Huang Xiansheng was arrested, Snow Wolf still caused problems. When tracking Snow Wolf, Shao Wenguang pointed out some of his mistakes, along with his negligence in certain details. This is a process of growth. Of course, this stage will be very short, and very soon the protagonist will get into his stride and become a truly outstanding agent, rather than a superhuman who simply relies on a cheat ability to crush everything in his path.

To be honest, I did not handle the cheat ability very well at first. I should not have added Buddhist elements to it. This was mainly influenced by the author’s own ideas, and many readers did not agree with it. Looking back, it really was not a good choice. If I have time, I may completely revise it later.
